Re: BCS Rankings due approx 3pm cst on Fox -- after NFL game The benefit of being in the SEC is there is that one game margin of error this year... any of the remaing undefeateds lose and they are out...
USF getting hammered in the BCS title game is the very definition of irrelevant. Sorry you don't agree, but a playoff is needed. "Champions" shouldn't be crowned this way.
Champions have been crowned this way for over a hundred years in college football...check that, use to be worst before the BCS. And NOW people want to wine about it???
the computers actually have us at no.2 with .9300 if we win out the harris and coaches poll will see us jump into the top 2 after the sec championship game. we still control our destiny

I just looked at the schedules. No way USF or BC finish undefeated. And maybe Ohio State. We win out and we are in representing the toughest schedule played this year. Ohio states biggest nightmare would be having to play another SEC team in the BCSNC. And get this. If we play any of those teams schedules we are undefeated. Now if we play any one of their schedules and lose one game we are probably out of the top ten in BCS. What does that tell you?
