I was just about to post this. I think we'll all know a lot more after Saturday how things will go this season.

 

I think Texas is in serious trouble and there is nothing Mike Herman can do to stave off the beat down he’s got coming tomorrow and next year in Tiger Stadium with Myles.

I got my $8800 down on LSU ...

 

I love your enthusiasm, but like @mctiger said, god damnit does your confidence make me nervous for us.

 

I am super confident that the LSU team we saw last week would probably beat Texas. We bring that execution and we win. Unless they go get 2005 Vince Young or something else otherworldly.

I’m not so sure. I’d like to think that, but Herman is what worries me a bit. In the past, he’s been able to pull out a big game when facing big time opponents and he’s no slouch at generating a game plan. I think the game is close.

 

Herman is something like 12-2-1 as a dog vs the spread.
