    He is 2017 procspect...Russo decommitting from Rutgers is interesting for the 2016 class.

    He has been committed a while and offers stopped coming in. However, he has had interest from a number of nice schools. Also a rumor that UCLA will be offering now that he is decommitted.

    Also, beggers can't be choosers.

    We need to sign a QB in every class, period. As highly regarded as possible. Or sign 2 if we can.

    I was watching one of the College Football shows several weeks ago, with Mack Brown on it.

    His comments regarding signing QB's relating to his last few years at Texas couldn't have been more applicable to anyone more than us ---

    "Sign as many of them as you can, every year. Bring them all in and let competition sort them out. At the end of the day you have to have a good one."

    This wasn't his exact quote. Remember he had Vince Young and Colt McCoy back-to-back for several years and then couldn't find a good one and his teams went downhill.

    Texas has sucked royally at QB ever since Colt McCoy several years ago.
