Well, it's a MAILBOX with a six-foot sheet metal COWBOY leaning on it, Huckleberry. Don't you know nuthin'.
Tom Coburn(R-Oklahoma) says f... off Tirk...lol TheHill.com - Republican senator seeks to outlaw tobacco
Finally, an honest politician. If the stuff is as dangerous as the "experts" claim, then it should not be legal. I've always been of mixed feelings on the tobacco issue. I hate the stuff; I grew up asthmatic with a 2 pack-a-day dad who couldn't give up deathsticks until he finally had a stroke at 55. So I've silently applauded the bans that keep coming up. I say silently because I realize the hypocrisy of the whole issue; a deadly product is allowed to remain legal because of the tax dollars it generates. That's why, even coming down squarely on the anti-smoking side, I can sympathize with smokers' plight. They're seeing their rights gradually squeezed away, but their habit is still "legal." But we know Sen. Coburn is going to get little or no support on the Hill for what I feel is the correct stance: make it illegal and be done with it.
Then people would just sell it like weed. Hell Id even get into that business, you know how many folks are addicted to nicotine. Thats a gold mind.
Retarded. Then lets ban sugar, lets ban red meat, household chemicals, soda, all fast food, junk food, etc etc. no one on this planet should be able to tell anyone else what he or she cannot do to themselves. I said it before and i will say it again, if i want to shoot up steroids, while smoking a joint laced with tobacco, and snorting a line of cocaine to get ready to take my ecstacy, then i should be able to do so, as long as i am not physically hurting anyone else in the process.
true. ive quit doing a lot of substances, but cigarettes were by far the hardest to give up. that sh*ts addictive!
I will not, have not, taken steroids. i take that back, i was put on prednisone before and a z pak.
