Do the crime do the time. A lot of these "crimes" are total bullshit, and then you have dudes like Mr Cleco who choke his wife out that get nothing. But Joe Black man is about to have his life ruined over a joint.

 

But its still against the law.

 

Ok that's a different argument. There is a difference between what should be legal and what is legal. If the law says it's illegal it is until you change it.
As far as people getting away with shit, its all about money and celebrity. And agree that's wrong.
