Well, SC and LSU were both obviously strong teams last year but I'd have to give the slight edge to SC. SC went into our stadium and did what it did while LSU beat up ND in what was essentially a home game for LSU in the second half of that game.

And, I stilll thought ND had a chance against LSU but then BQ got injured, and then everything just went downhill from there. BQ is the straw that stirs the ND offense, and with him injured, ND's offense just never recovered. SC had to face a healthy BQ while LSU did not.

BQ isn't stirring anything for ND anymore. You guys sure are going to suck this year.

When did the L.A. Coliseum become ND's stadium?

SC played you in their stadium....it WAS a home game for them.

After he was hurt? It was 14 all at half and that was due to ND’s rushing game, not Quinn. Quinn was intercepted.......twice by Zenon on the same drive in the first half. The first one was overturned after review, though most felt he’d appeared to have come down with it- but two plays later...........BINGO!

The unsportsmanlike conduct penalty by Smardzija on the opening drive- as “Proper” as you claim you people are, have to maintain composure dude. The faked the field goal on the FIRST possession........CW knew, coming into that game, LSU owned the first quarter and what was in store. LSU had scored on our first possession eight times and had outscored opponents 122-20 in the first quarter.

Samardzija led the Irish with eight catches and a whopping 59 yards.........Doucet had twice as many alone, in the first half. LaFell had that with ONE pass.

LSU made it apparent that the game was going to become a passing game and our defensive players had a field day.

Netted the same result though ours was "Essentially" a home game........theirs was.

Close to the same result, but we did beat ND by a wider margin. Just as I asked before the game. I don't pray about football much, but I did ask the good Lord to help us beat ND by more than USC did  .
