    How about when he was talking about his father fighting in the war, and he tell Mark May something like: "He was defending your freedom so you can come on here and make those crazy comments..." can we say Pot meet Kettle.

    Yes, but during that same exchange, he finally got it right. He said if LSU runs the table, they'll play for the NC.

    I think last week was also the first time his pep speech worked when Navy pulled off the upset (although, how much was the Navy game really a upset when you take a look at how ND has played this season). It was the one about how his friend couldn't swim, and how Navy needed to believe it could finally win. Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't every other team, to which he directed his pep speech to, ended up losing? I remember how he gave one to Michigan after they lost to Appalachia, and then Oregon ended up slaughtering Michigan.
