If you look at their schedule, they're backloaded this year with PSU, Wisc, Ill, and Michigan all at the end.... so they'll be tested. From what I see, they've used their schedule to get better, week by week, game by game. Are they the best team. I doubt it. They are ther because so many other teams defaulted. Based on quality wins, South Florida deserves the billing more than tOSU at this point in the season.... that's just looking at it by who's played who. It's a wild, wild season and there's gonna be many more twists and turns. It's not Tressel's fault a bunch of idiots didn't know who else to pick.
Fair enough. Can we all agree on one thing? South Florida has to be one of the biggest surprises in YEARS.

Thanks... it's been a crazy year for us... seven point from being 5-2.... but we have zip for offense. Our D has been outstanding, unfortunately, they've also been out standing on the field most of the time.
Yes and those years the SEC played apponents when they were good. Just like Iowa beating LSU a few years ago on a last second pass play to an open reciever. I can't speak for USC since we haven't played them... but we beat a VT (#12 at the time) and a good Miami team by a combined total of 88-10. We'll just have to see how they do next year against those teams even though their programs are in decline from when we played them.

I used to live about 30 miles East of Iowa City... and I enjoyed going to many Iowa games there. Which is why the LSU loss to Iowa was so hard. LOL. I played against Tavian Banks, Tim Dwight and went to school with Barkema's older siblings among several other Iowa players. I almost went and played there. It's too bad Iowa has fallen off a little this year... I remember Iowa's big seasons in the early 90s quite well.
On the local news tonight they did a report telling OSU fans they need to make make there travel rev now for the NC game. Also they are hoping they will not have to face another SEC team this time. OSU fans or in for a surprise.
