I just ran across the word logophile. Thinking it meant somebody who liked logos I looked it up. It means somebody who loves words.
Heard this on a recording of a ComiCon panel, so its not cited, but it sounds right: The TV character Dr. Sheldon Cooper (The Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon) is the only character in TV history to be featured as a regular main character on two programs airing in the same season.

Rhoda had a spinoff show at the same time when the Mary Tyler Moore show was still on.
Spin off. He was no longer a regular on Cheers when Frasier started.
Spin off. She was no longer a regular on MTM when Rhoda started.
