Taking the "I love you, you love me" to a higher metaphysical plane.

Had to go back and refresh this LKF because next month, the movie "Winchester" comes out based on this subject. Helen Mirren plays Sarah.
Today is National Eat Brussel Sprout Day. Even @stevescookin couldn't make those things taste good.
if they are cooked right they are good. Do you like cabbage?
I like cole slaw. I liked the cabbage rolls with meat in them I ate at New Years a couple of times. I can cook cabbage with enough seasoning where they don't taste bad but it's still not enjoyable to eat.
A study from Cornwall College explains why about half of those that try brussel sprouts may not like them. The study claims that a chemical in brussel sprouts makes them taste bitter to people that have a certain gene.
I must have that certain gene.
That's what they told me about broccoli. They lied.
Could be. I shred them and saute with apples and shallots and bacon and add honey for a little sweetness. I really like them that way. I can eat them roasted too. Hate them boiled
Maybe if they were in juice with other veggies. I like V8 juice. I hate beets but I saw on the label that beets are one of the ingredients of V8.
