Baseball:
Red Sox (also like to watch the Angels and Mariners, but not really a fan of either of them) Thank God for the MLB Extra Innings package on DirecTv.

Football:
Whatever team my fantasy RB for that year is on. Will also watch my QB sometimes. I do pay attention to the Saints since their the home team, but I'm really not a fan of any team in particular.

Basketball:
Once upon a time, I was a Knicks fan. That team from the early/mid 90s is one of the best teams to never win a title. Now, I wait until the playoffs start, and watch whoever is most exciting to watch.

I watched them also for awhile because they had a guy that graduated from CHS and dated my neighbor in high school and my sorority sister in college (2 different girls of course)
