Quit sniffing his old jock strap for just a few seconds and read things without a clouded mind. Everyone is not out to get your wet dream focal point. Simply put. He could get seriously hurt in a meaningless game if he were to play. That is indeed one possible outcome and is one none of us would want to see.
It is a possibility, but everytime my fav player goes out in whatever sport, I am not thinking he will have a career ending injury in that game... It is sort of weird to point that out...
couldn't ANYONE get injured on one play? I know playing increases his chances. but if he's injured now, he can heal up for next year. i think that injury excuse is a lame reason to not play Ryan.
Yup! what he said! It sounds like some of you on here don't want him to do well just to show me up... Which is really stupid! I want LSU to do as well as possible no matter who is playing...
I never said LSU should play him, but the "what if he gets injured?" excuse is kinda paranoid-ish.... edit: gotta agree with jesuit, Ryan needs some experience... just look what Matt did in the Cap one bowl... (ok that wasnt really fair, but you get my point)
You start next year in the first game when it doesn't matter whether he sits or plays because he will be burning eligibility. If they were not going to red shirt him he should have recieved playing time earlier. It's better now to save a year of eligibility and give him playing time from game one next year.
Would waste him for a year at this point. Don't you Navy types get a redshirt year ? :lol: :lol: :lol:
