You are right about Baltimore, Winston, but we have no way of knowing if they would have went with him anyway. As I recall, and I could be wrong, but it was the defense that turned it up that year and propelled them to the Superbowl. We all know when it comes to the NFL it is extreme luck with talent that wins the Superbowl. I think college is a little easier to stay consistent. But anyway, I don't totally disagree about Cam, as he has had chances in the pros and they have not all turned out too good. I think he can handle this, and at least should be able to tell if Jennings or Harris should be our starter. If not then we are paying him WAYYYYY to much and someone needs their head examined.
Was the right play but maybe the wrong player. Jones is a converted defensive lineman who isn't used to handling the ball. Maybe with Williams or even Hilliard at fullback they don't take their eyes off the ball until it is secured

You do know Jones played a number of positions in high school? One of them was the teams QB in a number of formations. Been handling the ball all his life. Like I said had more receptions than any LSU player in the Fla. game.

I guess the same reason AJ did'nt win against Miss ST(which Harris probably would have won had Miles not been so stubborn in keeping AJ in the game for too long) or Bama.
