Am I thinking undefeated? Absolutely not.

But then who was thinking Auburn would go undefeated last year with that many unknown quantities?

    Anything is possible.

Sooner or later karma will catch up with us....like....

Going for a double reverse handoff to the tight end on 4th and 1 (Bama)

Or, the perfect bounce of the ball on a fake FG (Florida)

Or, the opposing team having 13 men on the field (Tennessee)

Or, the opposing team's most reliable receiver dropping 2 TD passes in his hands (UNC)

So, let's not press our luck again....ever....please !!
I think the mad hatter should play it real conservative this year and just win by bigger margins than last year.

    11-0 baby......straight up !!:tigereye:
    Oops....just noticed the typo.....(12-0)

If someone had told you that your starting OG would go down in the first game and lost for most of the season. Your starting DE would be out by the 5th game. Your Starting QB would only throw 7 Td's with 10 Ints. Your starting SS would be out by the 9th. game and lost for the rest of the season........

Most people would bet LSU would finish 8th. in the SEC, not 8th. in the nation.

I wouldn't count out anything with this team.........but thats just me...

No I think we are realistically 10-3 ish, up or down a win or two.

Our schedule is brutal, we have some HUGE questions marks at QB and at LB, and the SEC west is probably the strongest it has ever been top to bottom.

9-4 for me is very possible if not realistic. And that doesnt mean LSU is bad. No quite contrary, put them in the Pac 10 or Big 10 and they are 12-1...
But when you play Oregon, Bama, WV, Arkansas, Auburn Florida, Tennessee on the road, Miss State is even a top 25 team now...
Its murderers row. I think anyone who thinks we go undefeated is on crack.
Would love it but I think 3 losses is about where we will end up.
and I predict not a single team in the SEC west will go without 2 losses. I think we really beat each other up this year.
