1. Got to beat Bama to win the SEC West on most years.Neither rival should beat the other rival more than 3 games in a row wihout someone asking why.
  2. Agreed! What's the solution?
  3. Now that's something I agree with.
  4. And that's coming from a Bama dude too. He's right though.

    1926 - 9-0-1
    1930- 10-0
    1934- 10-0
1936- 8-0 no poll before this point
1945- 10-0 AP all the rest
    1961- 11-0
    1964- 10-1
    1965 - 9-1-1
    1978- 11-1

    2009- 14-0
    2011- 12-1
    2012 - 13-1

where do you see multiple losses in there? 1966 we were 11-0 and number # 1 going into bowl game and we won bowl game and got voted #3
  6. Better coaching.
  7. As much as Miles frustrates me, I don't see LSU pulling the plug on him.

    Fisher ain't goin anywhere.
  8. this is definitely happening. getting Fisher is another story, however.

  9. I'd really like to believe this, I really would. The other Bama poster here, talks about the great rivalry you had/have with Tennessee. Yet when Bear Bryant lost to Tennessee in 1967, 1968, 1969 & 1970, 4 games in a row, Alabama lost out on 2 potential SEC Championships, won by the Vols.

Can you tell us if there was a "Come to Jesus" meeting between the Bear, the AD about his little 4 year losing to Tennessee problem?

Was he met by fans & admins with gilded pitchforks & his job threated in the local or national newspapers? Did they ask why? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I sure can't find much about it at all.
  10. I don't see any way they could stuff the genie back in the bottle now. No one in the administration coming to Miles defense after the numerous reports tells all you should need to know.
