It's very fair to expect a top 10 recruiting class this year. Keeping current commitments is necessary and he should be able to bring in one or two from OSU. Rivals has LSU at 22 now. After all, thats why Skip moved so quickly - recruiting....

Heh reminds me of a quote from Anchorman.

"70% of the time, it works EVERY time."

    "That doesn't make any sense."

We can agree to disagree...but I don't think it is fair. It is my impression that we have a small class to start with (due to available scholarships). Additionally, I think that we'll lose some recruits that were more tied to Saban than to LSU. It is expected. We might gain some more. I would be happy with a Top 20 class at this point.

Did he really say Perriloux's name?

I didn't see the press conference, but it is a minor NCAA violation to speak specifically about a recruit prior to signing date. Just one of those goofy NCAA recruiting rules. That's why you always heard Saban speak in terms of "highly recruited QB in Louisiana" or "top recruited offensive lineman at Evangel."

When talking about the tradition here at LSU, I really liked Dinardo at his first conference in 1995. I know being at, clearing my throat, Vandy, he was use to the Tigers and all. Maybe he was coached up. Who knows.

Maybe Miles was nervous. Maybe not. Just didn't seem too smooth. Like here he is, saying something, ok gotta run... back and tell my team now.

Hope he does extemely well here.

I think there's a lot of people trying to convince themselve that they like the guy. I think I can, I think I can...

I think the way the rule goes is that you cannot comment on the status of the recruiting; however, naming the recruit is fine. I am almost positive, but it has been a while since my friends and I looked that up (while back).

I think he sounds more like Marvin the Martian from Bugs Bunny - "I'm going to shoot you with my space modulator!" Pat's a good guy and so is his brother Tony.
