Agreed...while we gave up 400+ yards on defense we still had a chance. I wonder why we didn't try more downfield passing. We left the defense exposed in the second with too many 3 and outs.

That wasn't the play call, trust me.

He was supposed to complete a pass, but the protection broke down ONCE AGAIN.

Okay, then what do you blame him for? Anything?

He's a former o-lineman, and this o-line was eaten like a fat kid eating M&Ms. That time out, where the TEAM was crowded around MILES came out confused and wasted tons of time. Didn't see Crowton yelling at the players on the sideline after the TO.

    Amazing.

Miles is an OFFENSIVE COACH and he is the person keeping Crowton around... Yes, you blame him for the offensive woes.

The play calling stinks. With all the pass rush they threw no slants or quick hitters. Just the pass to the flats. Did they even run a screen?

while I think Les is a blooming idiot

we didn't lose the game because of that one bonehead play even though that just adds to Mile's legacy of in game pressure packed mind farts

and it's a mighty big assumption to think we might have scored or won in overtime, if it had gone to overtime, you really think we'd stop Newton

Auburn ought to be ashamed that a Division 2 QB almost beat them

plus, I've never been a fan of Chavis, I don't know why we hired a Tennesse reject but hand to Auburn, they beat us.

Now, where can we find another QB with the first name Matt?

And they still needed a 73 yard run late in the 4th against a very tired defense to take the lead. Any offense what so ever and LSU wins big. Poor showing by the D but a much worse showing by the O and Miles/Crowton.

Our QBs suck. Not Miles' fault. Guarantee we're scouring the Jr. College circuit for anyone that can come in and consistently complete a 6-10 yard pass.

Another thing, Fairley ate up Dworcyzk (sp?) today. Neither one of them had much time to throw as it is.

Hats off to AU. They one this game for the 1st time in 3 yrs.

We have a play like that EVERY GAME. the odds say we cant always make those even though Miles seems to get more than his share. At some point the gimmicktry will back fire. like now. :milesmic:

Well the receiver was semi blocking on that side.
