Unfortunately, Red, some fans on here won't be happy until LSU loses a game so they can come on here and gloat about how right they were. They spout the usual "I hope I'm wrong" and "I'm happy LSU won, but...", however, the truth is that these are people who are dissatisfied with their own lives and need LSU to be the absolute best in the nation in order to bring some vicarious meaning to their lives. It's sad really, but fuggem. They can't bring me down from our 3-peat over Bama.

 

Just about everytime I read a FT or Ramah post I hear that old Hee Haw song playing in my head: "Gloom, despair and agony on me,

People, this ain't cancer, brain surgery, a job loss, or loss of a loved one.

It's a done deal, Slick! Miles blew LSU's shot at a NC against Tennessee, a whipped and disoriented team now at 2-4 (First time in many, many years that Tennessee has had such a poor SEC record).

The first half in the Bama game was pathetic with LSU unexpectedly SHUT OUT. I expected at least 3 or 7 points. Jimbo's playcalling sucked, as usual lately. I was elated at the outcome ... hey, a win is a win. LSU has two more land mines to cross to get to face Georgia in Mylanta. LSU playcalling and coaching is mediocre on the best days ... WHETHER YOU LIKE IT ... OR NOT! Both Ole Miss and Arkansas can ruin LSU's SEC chances if LSU comes out flat.

LSU will do well to earn an SECCG bid ... but I don't expect an SECCG win with this coaching and playcalling. As for a BCS title shot ... ZERO CHANCE ... that's a true blessing ... with the existing coaching, we'd get stomped by either Texas or USC!

Why this team isn't scoring 40 a game, I'll never know! I just don't get it!

It's Texas and USC anyway with USC winning ... all you dreamers can play pocket pool until that happens!

Auburn will beat Bama this year ... only because Bama played LSU the week before the Iron Bowl ... I hope LSU doesn't "blow it" against either UM & UA ... I'd hate to imagine Auburn walking into another SEC West title donated to Ole Big Ears by LSU.

There are not a lot of people I genuinely don't like, but damn Ramah sure is one of them.

I am always amazed by these people that call themselves fans, yet ONLY have negative things to say.
