The jan 6 thing was in fact wrong. There are lines that should not be crossed and that was one of them. Was it an insurrection? Hell no, not by any stretch of the logical imagination. Im willing to bet a great deal of it was set up and organized by the left. Literally anyone can wave a Trump flag, especially if you are trying to perpetrate a fraud
I have no idea honestly. I'd have to look it up. To be fair to law enforcement, I am sure it is harder to identify rioters and looters because there were not nearly as many cameras set up for surveillance as the US Capital. That said, the looters and rioters are criminals and should be prosecuted as such. I owned a medium sized retail business for years and watching windows being smashed and stores looted sickened me. There is nothing to justify such behavior. Nothing. That said, it doesn't make those people who are sitting in jail for storming the Capital any less criminal. They deserve to be in jail. Those who broke windows, destroyed property, were stupid enough to get in front of a camera and say stupid shit about Nancy Pelosi, AOC or Mike Pence or who assaulted officers belong in jail. Do you not agree?

Why would anyone advocate for riots? Why would the RNC label a riot "legitimate political discourse."? Because that is exactly what they did yesterday.
I agree with you that those lines shouldn't be crossed. we are coming to all kind of agreement this afternoon so I don't know what's happening but...I disagree that the left was involved in the Jan. 6th riot. To be fair the left also says that the right was involved in the BLM riots but we all know who they were in both cases. Look, there is about 10-15% of the country, half from each extreme who want to blow the whole fucking thing up and those are the people who showed up for BLM and the people who showed up Jan. 6. No, it was not an insurrection, it was too much of a shit show to call it insurrection. Maybe one day we will learn who planned all of these and we can go after them through the legal system.
