Correct, they can't sign until NSD, even if they enrolled early. Can't remember if he was enrolling early, seems like I remember he might have.
Right. So if he's enrolled early he's pretty much a done deal to Florida even if he didn't sign the LOI he's signed Scholarship papers which pretty much closes his ability to go elsewhere without then transferring and sitting out a year. Thanks for the info, Parso and islstl.
Yeah... no. I wouldn't rule LSU out, but I would definitely rule Georgia out. The fact that one of them picked Georgia for him, none of them picked Florida for Jenkins, and some other stuff really makes me question this.
Another thing on those predictions - Florida is pretty much out of it with Orson. They're behind FSU and UGA, regardless of what he's said publicly. Also, Georgia is very much in it with Greg Reid, and the unanimous pick to FSU is kind of questionable.
