New Orleans, La.--Tommy Tuberville says that reports that he is interested in the now vacant head coaching position at LSU are not accurate.

Auburn’s head football coach, who last week agreed to a contract extension at Auburn after talks with interim president Dr. Ed Richardson, is arriving in New Orleans on Monday with other members of his coaching staff to begin preparations for the Jan. 3 Sugar Bowl game vs. Virginia Tech.
“I am not interested in any other positions,” Tuberville said on Monday afternoon. “I have agreed in principle to a new contract with Auburn. I look forward to many more years at Auburn. This is the best coaching job in America.”

That's the same "shpeel" Saban gave earlier this season when asked if he was interested in the Dolphins gig....

I don't believe ANY coaching candidates, when discussing their interests in job offers, until after all of the bowl games are complete. Seems that the standard responses are being given, but when the season's over, that's usually when people get together and "talk turkey".

P.S. I don't want Tubberville!!!
