The travesty of seeing our fine football helmet and the words Tiger Stadium on a sign. Oh man, it just makes me feel so bad. I'm gonna go hurl. . . . . . . . . . .

Ok, I feel better now. Whew! I didn't hurl. I just realized how crazy your post is! I feel better now.

You guys are obviously easy to please. There is nothing wrong with our helmet, it is one of the best things our image has going for it. But to put it up on the scoreboard as the beakon of LSU football? Obviously, it isn't that important, but why not put a design up that looks more interesting than something someone just starting in graphic design could put together? This just looks like ... whatever. I'm sure someone was paid to design it. I don't like the graphic design of it, something I'm not completely oblivious to. I don't think voicing my opinion is stupid or immature. Not sure why you do.

I guess you hold LSU to no standard of excellence, or is it that you just can't discriminate between good and poor aesthetics? How immature is it of you guys to trash talk me when I voice my opinion? "That's so seventh grade." Your inflamatory comments put you a rung below me as far as decency is concerned.

How does this sign become the beacon of LSU football?

Oh I dunno. Maybe it was the fudge but I did not really say 'fudge' part. Commenting about our ugly state quarter. Saying "lame ass". Who really knows!? Just playing down to your level. Lighten up. :hihi:

Obviously we do. We've seen one of our fans speaking as you did and it concerns us! We've gotta hold you to higher standards ya know! :yelwink2:

Obviously Red was wrong to call you out as being seventh grade. Fifth grade at best. :) :yelwink2:  :) :) :)

Trivia question for you, lsu-i-like. What was on the back of that scoreboard before? No helping him anyone!

It's a big fookin sign, man. I didn't mean to say it was the beacon of LSU football, i meant that it is a beacon because of its largeness and its location.

LOL, I thought the fudge thing was funny. I was quoting a funny movie there. Brush up on your pop culture references. Our state quarter is ugly. We have the opportunity to showcase our state on the back of a quarter and we put the equivalent of the golden boot on it... It is an embarassing design compared to some other quarters. And feel free to educate me on how our present athletics logo isn't lame. It is so depressing to go into a sports store and have that stupid tiger representing the school that I love. What else should I expect from the state who elected Blanco to office, though?

That is cold. Seventh grade was bad, but calling me fifth grade is stone cold.

It's been a while since I've been to BR, but the last thing I remember up there was Saban with the crystal football, with a purple backdrop. Am I right? Is a "naaah naaah, booo boooo" in order?

Close, the background was yellow. :thumb:

Your BIG RED BUTTON will provide lots of fun for people around here. Seriously, lighten up.

You are not seriuously embarassed by our state quarter, are you?????

Last years reported capacity was 92,400. 100 seats seem to have been lost.

Seems to me, with the nature of this project, tearing down and rebuilding the entire west upper, while not losing all of those seats during last season was an incredible feat.
