You keep saying your data is from the Rand, but the LA Times has a hog-podge of data from many sources and groups them into numbers that don't add up. DO you have the Rand survey handy? Not trying to be a dick, but of all the links int he LA times piece, not one went to the Rand survey.
I am going to try and explain this to you once more.....and only because you make me laugh some times, Pride. A February survey by consulting firm McKinsey & Co. found 27% of new enrollees were previously uninsured, but newer survey data from the nonprofit Rand Corp. and reports from marketplace officials in several states suggest that share increased in March. In the month of February, which comes after January and before March, the estimated number of new enrollees was about 27%. At the end of March, which comes after February and right before April, that estimate had changed to about 1/3 or 33%. You will also notice that your own quote states that the share increased in March. Where again is your problem?
But they dont offer data and like I said, they seem to be combining data from multiple sources. Not a good practice especially if they are not going to provide the sources. To add, the quote said "several states", which states? That is very important. Further, no links to Rand. You are the one who said Rand was your source. Show it. I really am interested in reading it.

Have the real numbers been released yet? So many millions of people this way or that way being thrown about. I do find it laughable that when the 7 million signees were in doubt the administration was playing the number down as only a CBO estimate and not a goal number. Nothing should be read into it. Now they are parading that number around like it is Gods proof that the enrollment is a complete success.
You think it is angry red neck conservatives who only hate the president because he is black NC. Open you eyes and get off your high horse. We have pointed out specific problems that continue to develop. Many, including me have provided alternatives. I have not heard one word from you about any possible faults in the program that need correction only a plea to wait, wait wait. You have lost any credibility with constant rants. I think one of the best observations was just made by Jimmy Fallon (another red neck hater?) later the same evening you and the president were gloating, that the numbers were neither impressive nor reliable. “It’s amazing what you can achieve when you make something mandatory,” Fallon told his laughing audience, “fine people if they don’t do it — and keep extending the deadline for months.”
