    I looked it up, Lott played at 6' even and 200. LL is 210. We can't predict that LL accomplishments will rival Lott, who is the standard of safety in the NFL. I didn't realize that Lott made all pro at cornerback before he moved to safety after slowing down a step. I would love to see LL have a hall of fame type career before its over, but we'll have to wait and see.

    I have a great wife. I showed her the before and after, and mentioned that I've gotta get my arms all swole like that. She said, "No, no way, that's gross."

    I guess I'm safe doing my 25 pound curls. WOOHOO!
