I'll deny I'm a LSU homer until the day I die. It's my opinion you saying the comments were facetious is very similar to someone running off at the mouth and then saying, "I was only kidding" when it comes back to haunt them. However, I've misread things before and if I've done so this time it wouldn't be a shock. History certainly suggests otherwise in this case.
