This may be part of the reason for his teammates/witnesses to come forward against him, but there is no investigation if he doesn't win 1, much less a record 7 titles. Its all about the winning by cheating as to why the agencies have continued to investigate this. That, and pressure from those who want to truly clean up the sport. Feds likely involved b/c this is a prescriptive medication w/certain indications that do not include winning a bike race. Seems clear to me he did it. If he doesn't do it, and doesn't win 7 Tours, there is no enigmatic LA. Don't see how people don't want to know the truth about that.

Couldn't have said it any better, I would imagine he could lose a lot financially if he admitted it and possibly be open to some sort of legal action from any of his sponsors to recoup the money he earned since it was all built on a house of lies. I noticed Nike, Trek bicycle and Anheuser Busch all dropped him minutes before he stepped down as chairman of Livestrong which says a lot, Nike would sign Satan if it helped them make money.

Feds are involved because some of the items he took are scheduled items. But another side of his douchebaggery... how do you leave your so called love of your life, during her cancer battle after want he went through with his testicular cancer. Guy is a morally challenged dickhead.

That may be true, and certainly they would get involved if there were scheduled items involved, but all I have read and heard about was EPO. EPO may get the Feds involved too b/c like all prescriptive products it is subject to federal interstate commerce laws, part of the Legend Drug Act of 1951. It's not something that they would investigate initially, more of an issue they would get involved in once there is clear information that this has been violated. Kind of like a person involved in a MVA who was intoxicated. They weren't pulled over for a DUI, but upon being involved in a MVA it was discovered that they were intoxicated and are charged w/this in addition to whatever infraction, if known, occurred in the accident. My guess, and this is purely a guess, is that the Feds were brought in once the evidence was clear that the allegations potentially involved federal infractions. Do you have any information about scheduled items being part of the issue? I would like to read that if you do. Thanks.

EPO if I remember correctly has also been included in the Anabolic Steroid category, much like HcG is... which federally makes it a Class III... besides the fact he either had to import it, smuggled it, or some how had a domestic source for it which will always raise FED curiosity.
