So nothing official on LaFell just yet.

I would think that means he may still be debating it.

Miles officially stating now RJF is going pro.

He said that LaFell is still weighing his options. LaFell will have until Sunday to change his mind to return to LSU if he announces later today.

The same can be said for Eric Moulds, Lee Evans and Peerless Price, all of whom have had pitiful Bills QBs throwing to them, yet they have completely out-shined Reed.

Reed has never been more than a #3 WR, has only had two 100 yard games, has never had more than 597 rec yds in a season, and has never had more than 2 TDs in a season. For an early 2nd round pick (36th overall), that's a bust, even if he has helped spoil a team's chances of getting into the playoffs. Teams don't draft players in the 2nd round to be extremely marginal.

I understand that '08 was probably his "best" year (56 rec 597 yds 1 TD), but he was drafted in '02.

What's funny is that if I would have mentioned that Jabbar Gaffney is a bust (he went 3 spots before Reed), most everyone would probably agree, despite the fact that Reed has only 200 more yards than Gaffney, yet 6 less TDs.

He's my favorite former Tigers WR, but I won't let my homerism get in the way of admitting he has been a bust in the NFL.

Ok, Lee Evans has been more solid than Josh. Josh has been a Bill since he was drafted, and if he was that much of a bust, wouldnt they have gotten rid of him already? Im not letting the purple and gold glasses get in my way either, i have always been one to admit when Tigers in the NFL stink it up. He has never been a 1 receiver. Put him on the Patriots, or the Colts, or hell even on the Saints, where they throw the ball to more than 1 guy and their running back, and i am willing to bet you will see a difference. Lee Evans was amazing in the first 6 games of the season maybe 7. I had him on my fantasy team trust me, he did nothing in the second half of the season. I remember watching the Bills play the Browns on monday night, and Evans didnt get 1 freakin ball thrown his way. The quarterbacks for the Bills have been a joke since Jim Kelly left, and im just not willing to call him a bust because he dosent get the ball thrown to him. I think it says alot about him that he has never been cut or traded, and continues to come to work day in and day out knowing that he probably isnt going to even get looked at because the quarterbacks look at their first read which would bee Evans, Price when he was there, and Moulds when he was there, and then dump it to the halfback after the first read isnt open.

"I'm declaring for the NFL Draft, but I'm not going to hire an agent which leaves the door open for me to change my mind in the next 72 hours," LaFell said. "LSU is a great place. It's a place that has given me the opportunity to grow both as a person and a player. I've been a part of some great teams and had some great teammates and it's a place that I'm going to miss."
