Lafell and Flynn should NOT be starting.

Flynn really looked rough in this game...they really rattled him...thats the kind of thing that separates the men from the boys. I still think they were still "worn out" from the Fla game. MF should start...but give him some short controlled stuff early...let him get some confidence back. Lafell is another story. Flynn cant throw them, and catch the ball for them...that wasnt his fault. He was getting the ball to him, he just wasnt making the catches. You could have put Joe Montana back there and in those conditions he wouldnt have done much better.

 

That was almost the sole reason for using that example.:hihi:

 

i thought perhaps mf should have thrown the ball into the corner, leading zinger. but i expect he didnt expect the defender right between them either, so it was an adjustment.

i think zinger dropped it because he was running right to left and his shoulders were lined up with flynn. its damn tough to catch a ball coming in line with your shoulders. he shouldve turned to face the ball, but he's no cris carter.
