So true. Houser had been arrested several times from 10 to 15 years ago on various charges, including arson, selling alcohol to a minor; family successfully petitioned a court to have him involuntarily committed history of mental illness; wife also removed all weapons from their home because she feared his “volatile mental state,” according to the paperwork; divorced- which is a red flag in background checks. Yet he still manages to get one? I imagine that's why Law Enforcement said it would take a while to "trace" the gun. Bought on the street???
Well, I suspect I'm a lot more streetwise than you and I damn sure can't drive to Scotlandville and just buy a gun on the street. Not real smart, either.
