Lack of Talent is a myth

OK but I get tired of this bashing. E is not here to defend himself so I am happy to.

 

I honestly think there’s only 1 “real” reason so many here enjoy smacking around E and our 103rd ranked offense.

 

Did the same guys "smack him around" in 2016?

 

When he got shut out by Bama? Cant remember. But you can go look.

Besides, he wasn’t an 800k a year OC with full responsibility like he is this year with his 103rd ranked offense. So.......

I remember a ton of play action, which probably isn’t very effective when Bama’s DL is shutting down our run game. Bama wasn’t concerned with our 0.5 yards per carry.

I don’t remember a ton of misdirection either.

 

Why do you think we ran some play action?

 

it was especially effective when burrow was almost sacked for a safety
