Big Andre didn't have much of a curve to make...he was our 2nd best OL last year and may be one of the best in the nation upcoming. AU fans should hope the same for their new stud on the OL...

I know Dre was/is a stud. He was an all american freshman if I can remember right but his first game or two he had just a small learning curve. I watched Dre when he was in high school at Huffman and I knew he was going to be a great player in college

Ziemba will have plenty of help from a deep and talented TE rotation. I expect Borges to scheme accordingly for the first few games until such time that Ziemba is able to develop at game speed.

This offense won't need to score gobs of points, .... they just need to move the chains and keep the defense rested, IMO.

Ziemba wouldn't be starting if he wasn't the best option. Caddy is right about Bennett, Trott and McKenzie being there to help out.

My bigger concern on the line is Bosley's continued good health. Pugh has been turning heads as a backup, but depth at center concerns me.

I am not a doom and gloomer, but I do tend to worry more about depth than most rational folk......

That's my concern as well. Mebbe it's because the C position has been so injury-prone for AU since 2001. It seems we're always playing the #2 or #3 backup in that position about 8-% of the time over the past 6 seasons. (fingers crossed)
