So how are we going to transport the oil? Trucks? Trains? Don't you know that transporting oil and other chemicals by pipeline is the safest and cleanest method?
The thing that I fear when it comes to this are the spills. You and I both know corporations don't give 2 shits about the environment and they will poison every person from Bismarck SD to Alexandria LA if it saves them a buck. We have seen it time and time again. Shortcuts are taken waste is dumped in drinking water, seepage into ground water. It's going to happen.
Obama had 9 in his first week. Obviously he didn't keep that pace for 8 years. What's funny is that his 2 biggest years were year 1 and year 4, right before the election. And of course, once he earned re-election, the following January was his smallest year ever. https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/executive-orders/obama.html Let's wait and see what happens instead of predicting failure, doom, and demise. Libs are so pessimistic.
Again you speak of the pipeline spills while ignoring the much greater threat to the environment from transporting hydrocarbons by truck & train. I'll let you in on another little secret LaSalle, Colonial pipeline has been trying to build a second parallel pipeline next to the existing 50+ year old they use. The NIMBY and environmental wackos have prevented it. Basically they're putting people at risk our of their ignorance. Think about it my friend. Actions have consequences.
Looks like King Chump is going to take federal funding to build this stupid wall that's going to do nothing but cost us a bunch of money.
Speaking of wasting American taxpayer money, now King Chump is talking about an investigation into voter fraud. I don't know if this belongs in his thin skin thread or this one because this is a reaction to him being called out on his ridiculous claims about there being millions of voters who did so illegally. I really don't see how any of you like this guy. Where is Stone Cold when you need him.
I like him because of the melts. It's like that time my parents kicked me out. I was exposed to the real world.
