obviously this applies to all forms of media. the distribution channels are obsolete or soon will be once everyone catches up.

back to the creative process, you always hear comedians or the creative folks who write scripts for sitcoms, movies etc say how they have to sit down with these idiot executives who have no clue what funny is dissect their work and eventually its pared down to nothing. And its no longer funny. I guess thats why 90% of every idea fails. same goes for books, music and the lot. I can see how too many opinions from no-nothings who want to seem important always ruin the vision of the creator.

Cutting out these idiots in all these formats should lead to better content overall. I suppose it will just be up to us to wade through the sheer volumes of it all. Doesnt that roku gadget allow users to create their own channels?

TV is currently so dumbed down it will have to be the biggest winner in the end. I mean besides real housewives theres nothing much else to watch.

You get Windows and Office for free? What about things like AutoCad or other Vertical Market software?

Would your industry improve if you did not get paid? Please get real. I understand that your utopian dreams are fun for you, but I must address reality here. The cream always rises to the top. The market sets the value. Piracy is immoral.

I knew that you agree with what I'm saying, you just needed to get past your reflexive contrariness. The new models are already being implemented.

Humans have always had a choice of whether to steal or not. Stealing library books is child's play. Is your thesis that if a E-thing is easier to steal, then you are justified in your thievery? If so, you are flat wrong and wrong-headed.

Now if you can accept that a man is worth his days wage for producing something of value to you and that a reasonable fee is acceptable and preferable to theft . . . then it not only pays the valuable creative people who create the thing we want, but it keeps the costs cheap because piracy adds to the costs of providing anything. Your stealing not only deprives creating people of their pay, but it costs me and the other respectable American capitalists money.

    Your trust fund changed brokerages?

the comparison is wrong, i told you a zillion times. what i do is like borrowing a book, realizing it is overdue, and photocopying it so you can have time to finish it later, then returning it.
