Nikki Haley is a very interesting person. You’re right she has shown independence in her UN and frequently and continually spoken against Russia. However she has been smart to praise Trump often and I guess stay close to him. I may note Samatha Power when she was Obama’s UN Ambassador was much more vocal against Russia than Barry ever thought to be.
Whatever happened to those sanctions Obama got congress to put on Russia for the invasion of Crimea once Trump was elected ???
Nikki Haley although I don’t agree with her 99 percent of the time I think is a trustworthy person. I think she will do what she feels like is the right thing to do regardless what anyone in her party thinks or feels. I may disagree with her on it but I don’t feel like she is a lapdog.
