The media, particularly the talking heads on ESPN are second guessing the shit out of this. They obviously don't understand that Nick knows what he's doing.
I imagine as long as Sarkesian stays sober he's better then Kiffin. And Saban was probably annoyed at Bamas offensive performance, which was bad. Bama is far from perfect, we can still overtake them if Eaux makes the right moves.

Kiffin said he expects an easy transition for Sarkisian, noting how Sarkisian's personality should mesh better with Saban's than his did. "I'm not saying it's bad with him at all," Kiffin said. "I would say Sark manages people better than I do." "This wasn't an easy decision and we appreciate the way Lane handled this in terms of doing what is best for our team," Saban said in a statement. "At the end of the day, both of us wanted to put our players in the best position to be successful. Obviously, we are in a unique situation here where we have our next offensive coordinator already on staff.
