It tells me that the Broncos were unimpressed with just having a good record. It tells me that 12-4 and losing your last game with a uninspired performance the past 4 years is not good enough for an organization that wants to get better. It tells me the head coach can be held accountable for that.

I know this isn't true, but sometimes it seems like the decisions he makes are just to spite fans of the team. Especially the ones who are critical of him. That's what this feels like. He kind of redeemed himself with hiring Yaw Yaw, but we'll see.
