instead of commenting on everyone elses reaction, try giving your opinion instead. it makes for much better conversation than being les' pool boy. how bout telling us what went down in the interviews, who got turned down, who was offered, who turned us down. and where was steele on our big board of prospects. and how disappointed you truly are with KS as DC. ( good not great)
The faster we can get Miles out of Baton Rouge the better. There is a reason Shoop didn't want to come because he knows with Miles at the helm this is a sinking fuckin ship. Les Miles is two maybe three years away from being un employed....
The sunshine pumpers around here and the athletic departments koolaid carriers at the Advocate and Times-Picayune have only themselves to blame for the foul mood in Tiger Nation. They're the ones that told us coaching giants from the NFL and college were flocking to Miles door. They're the ones that told us to be patient, something big is brewing. They're the ones who told us to shut up about our concerns because CLM had the cream of the crop to choose from. So now we're pissed that after all that we got KS. It's a monster of your own creation. Deal with it.
I said a good hire, great, ask me at the end of next season. As for interviews, some names have leaked out. And yes, in the Spring, Les had put out to a coach I know, about if he would need a DC. Also, like I posted, a good friend of mine got a call from his agent, two teams wanted to talk with him, none of this made the news. Like I said, not everything gets out. Some talk about Steele getting fired. One of my good friends has been fired 4 times, is he a bad coach? The entire staff at Denver was let go, bad coaches? Many wanted Jack DR, and how many times has he been fired. Coaches will tell you, you in this profession long enough, you'll get fired. As for Steele, like I said before, you can find good and bad in every hire. Two sides to every coin. People were complaining about Chief, people complain about Cam, Les, Brick, the entire staff. To some, there is no perfect coach at LSU. I talked about the interview of Former LSU Player Blake Miller by Les. Les must has caught something with the interview, Blake is out of coaching. Like I said, ask me after the season how good a hire this is. Cams first season, great coach, after last season, needs to be fired? Guess he forgot how to coach. Hot coach, hot seat, fine line. For the folks that can't stand Les, this should have been the perfect hire. I hope he doesn't mess it up too soon, it's been fun
try to make a post without commenting on fans. tell us what went down in the hiring process if you know.
Incorrect. The coaching staff is still under contract with the Broncos. What John did was give them the green light to seek other opportunities.[/QUOTE] Ok, what does that tell you?
