Amazing that only 2 short seasons ago he struggled to be an impact player on this team. Then he is arguably the most improved player in all of college football this past season. Yahoo has him going to the Ravens, taking over for Ray Lewis. Mel Kiper thinks he would be a great fit there as well. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-s...mbine-mock-draft-picks-17-205033690--nfl.html
I saw a couple of mock drafts that did not have spencer ware in the first 7 rounds......did I miss somthing there?
What impressed me the most was his consistent play game to game. He is a heads up player with a lot of hustle. Even if he was not making the tackle you could bank on seeing #46 close to the pile. Should make a great NFL linebacker, perhaps even one of the best to come out of LSU once it is all said and done.
Our linebacking corps has turned around under Chavis. We saw this with Kelvin and even Perry Riley is having success in the NFL. Previously our guys were leaving here and not making much splash in the pros from the LB unit.
