  2. As much as I hate to do it, I have to agree. If LSU and BAMA both win out, BAMA s lone loss will have been to the #1 team in the country. No one loss-team will have a better resume. And if that happens, AGAIN, then it just proves the point that being a conference champ can be completely irrelevant. As it stands, I am surprised Georgia jumped BAMA in the CFP poll. Georgia’s loss to South Carolina absolutely sucks compared to BAMA s loss. The other polls have BAMA 4 and Georgia 5. That seems correct. All that said, fuck another rematch. I’m tired of that bs.

  3. The reason they did it is not focusing on losses, they're focusing on wins. All the other wins on Bama's schedule were insignificant. So they didn't play their best game...Well neither did LSU. That part isn't talked about by the Gumps. Everyone knows that LSU didn't have their best game that day either. Both teams screwed up from time to time. It happens.. It could have just as easily been a 20 or 30 point rout in our favor, as that they could have come back and beat us. Bottom line is, they lost in their house to a team they were supposed to beat... Period. And the rest of the wins they had on their schedule up until we beat that ass mean absolutely DICK because all of those schools they played are horrible this year. It caught up with them, they were exposed, and it was noticed. I like our chances if we have to play them again.

  4. No shit right? I'm surprised that Tidefans hasn't banned LSU fans for another 6 years or so like they did the last time.

'fuck outa here and go prepare for what scraps of Mississippi State we left for ya...

  6. A sneaky gross blow your guts thought.

The barn beats GA this weekend. GA happens to win in Atlanta. What exactly does the committee do with a 2 loss SEC conference champion? Does LSU lose credibility? Does the barn get a look from the committee if they win out?? Do the gumps back...back in??? So yeah, too much football left in this season. Not that that is ever a bad thing
  7. I agree they will have lost to the best team but it would be great if they put more emphasis on who they beat. The other one loss teams may have a worse loss but I almost guarantee they also have better wins!
  8. I think if we go into the SEC championship undefeated we make the playoffs close to 100%. Only in a blow out do we get left out I would think. But it all depends on how the other teams in the field sit.
  9. At 12-0 the Tigers are guaranteed a spot.

So let's get that out of the way.

The most interesting scenario is still Georgia beating LSU and the outside possibility of 3 SEC teams getting in.

For instance, Minnesota loses to Iowa or Wisconsin and then goes on to win the Big 10. Penn State beats Ohio State but then loses to Minnesota again. Ohio State goes on to lose to Michigan.

    1. Clemson
    2. LSU
    3. Georgia
    4. Alabama
    5. Oregon
    6. Minnesota
  10. three sec teams getting in would probably be a good thing,.. the rest of the country would immediately go into an apoplectic rage, screaming for an expanded playoff where only division winners are eligible, thus, two teams at most from a conference

the end result would be heaven
