Yeah I do....he might of just ended his football career....and when it comes to a career outside of football...that doesnt look so well either.

Looks like they have edited the story. It's changed from "20 men" to "40 players and bouncers" in the latest edit.

So this is how WAFB chooses to break the news? Seems like they are trying to be the first to report on it. They need to get their "facts" straight first.

Two LSU football players possibly known better for what they've done off the field rather than on could be in trouble again. Baton Rouge Police confirm quarterback Ryan Perrilloux and linebacker Derrick Odom were involved in a big fight near the North Gates early Friday morning.

WAFB News and 9 sports has learned that a fight started inside the Varsity Theater and moved the Chimes Restaurant/Varsity Theater around 2 am Friday morning. A witness inside the club tells 9 News that members of the football team were asked to take the stage and rap for a bit. That witness says up and coming quarterback Ryan Perrilloux and LSU linebacker Derrick Odom were in the group.

We are told the trouble started when bouncers at the Varsity started clearing everyone out, and that the football players refused to get off of the stage. The witness says that is when one of the players punched a bouncer and that is when upwards of forty players and bouncers started fighting.

We are told the fight spilled out into the parking lot behind the Chimes, that LSU defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey was there and that Dorsey did not throw a single punch. Instead, he tried to break up the fight and get his teammates to leave. The witness says at some point, someone involved in the fight yelled he was going to get a gun. However, the witness says he never saw a weapon pulled.

Baton Rouge Police confirm that in their report, both Perrilloux and Odom are mentioned. The witness says that Perrilloux and Odom were the main people involved in keeping the fight going. Baton Rouge Police made no arrests at the scene.

Perrilloux was perhaps the most talented quarterback in the country during his senior year in high school and has played a nice role in LSU's success this season. However, his laundry list of problems off the field is extensive.

LSU has not released any official statement concerning this matter and calls made to the Sports Information Department were not returned. Head coach Les Miles usually has an informal meeting with newspaper reporters on Sunday night, but because this is an off-week, that may change. Miles will certainly meet with the press Monday around noon for his weekly press luncheon.

Ask anyone else what ....he was arrested for using his brother's ID which yes that was a bad decision but ask anybody if they have ever did something like this and the bouncer would just say nice try or something but not call the police and this happens all the time and I see it all the time since I'm a student but yes it doesnt make it right.

I look at it like this...when the police start asking questions do you say I saw a bunch of guys I don't know causing a scuffle or is it a bunch of football players or do you name names becasue you know who they are.

My point is just because their names are out there doesn't mean they instigated or perpetuated the incident. Sounds to me like WAFB has been reading too many message boards.

WBRZ wont even report this because there is no facts yet and said "We Do Not Report RUMORS." WAFB keeps changing their story
