I had a client at ConocoPhillip a black female geologist from New Orleans. I really liked her she was fun to be around and very smart had fun taking her to lunch. A couple of months after Katrina went to lunch with her and I asked her how her family in NOLA was doing. She told me fine but that Bush was responsible for the flooding in the black areas of NOLA and spared the white areas. This is a true story.
