Hey, I read somewhere that if Kstate can make a game of it and be within a td before the end of the 4th quarter the Fiesta Bowl announced that the game would automatically go in to Overtime to help Kstate with thier comeback win.
Ramah - How are you coping with the Tennessee loss? They were a cant miss, like Mich was a cant miss for me.
I don't really want to crow about this... It's very tempting to view the Fiesta Bowl as proof that KSU isn't great and that their win over OU proves OU is overrated. But then again remember that (1) Ell Roberson was distracted, as was the whole team and, more importantly for LSU fans, (2) Florida lost in its bowl game to (choke!) Iowa. I know, I know, we lost to Florida much earlier in the season than OU lost to KSU, and of course the score in our loss was much closer. Still, I think it proves you can't really analogize that well, particularly between regular season and post-season. There are too many differences here for the KSU loss to prove much. That having been said, I am glad they're losing. I'm pissed as hell at both Florida and Tennessee. The SEC looks weaker after their pathetic performances, even though we don't even play Tennessee usually so they can't be held against us. The East is a joke this year.
Kstate actually has a chance hear if they get a TD and an onside kick. How many games have we seen like that this year?? Georgia bowl game comes to mind
