Just an appeasement to the masses. The problem is with Magnus and fed govt overreach. So much pressure being out on now they are scrounging trying to save their own asses but this is nothing more than lip service and "throwing a bone" to the recs. Not fooled in the least little bit. Until the Feds stop allowing the sea lords to run roughshot thanks to some loophole wording in Magnus things will not truly improve. Don't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors the real problem is still very deeply rooted.
Terrible terrible agreement here. The Feds and the sea lords are winning big time. Now the state season is cut down to the same pitiful nonsense as the fed season. This will also lead to the Feds claiming the recs went "over quota" again this year and very likely zero federal days next year. The fight is far from over with this the recs are not fooled.
