Agree with him or not, he's been a loyal servant to this country and one of the most profound Constitutionalists the Court has ever had. His sardonic approach made his decisions among the best and most thoughtful ever written. There are a few fuck-ups on the Court but I won't cheer their death.

 

I wasn't saying fucking a he is dead, it was fucking a the courts are about to be flipped to the other side. I don't wish death on anyone but Scalia was a piece of shit.

The naming of a President is a year away. They're not going to wait that long to appoint a new Justice unless the GOP drag their feet for a solid year. The current GOP leadership is pretty terrible, but not that terrible.

We could do worse, for example the guy that just died. I know you guys would rather have a shill for the right rather than a Constitutional Scholar as a Justice. He's more qualified for Justice than President and he's been a helluva President.
