Shula's teams also never came back in the 4th quarter to win any games in his career at Bama. If you win a game, you deserve to win no matter how the game played out. The fact that Bama has been in position to win all their games this year in the 4th quarter says a lot. Even we couldn't win all our close games.

Stupid thread. Miles would do no better with their sorry ass defense and that is the truth. JPW is awful and they have basically no normal offensive linemen in. Flame at Saban all you want. We wouldn't talk about him if we didnt know he isnt going to be good. Call me a Bama apologist but we have more delusional Bama threads and they need to stop.
Ole Nicky was only an average coach here. He was good on defense except giving up an occasional big one. His strength was recruiting. I hope Bama feels like they're getting their money's worth. :lol:
if it's a stupid thread, then like I tell all the other people, find something you disagree with and let's talk. will you deny they are an odd-year team with a home-loaded schedule in odd years? will you deny they won 11 with shula in 05. will you deny they have top 15 classes every year? how is the defense bad? they gave up roughly 300 yards. that's not bad at all.
