ok. in an effort to procrastinate from working i looked up this whole "justice fellowship" thing. i found two answers. 1. from a website that is a "christian public policy organization that seeks to promote biblically based principles of restorative justice". 2. The Soros Justice Fellowships fund outstanding individuals to implement innovative projects that advance the Open Society Institute’s efforts to reform the U.S. criminal justice system. OSI’s strategy takes aim at two overarching ills: the over-reliance on incarceration and harsh punishment, and the lack of equal justice—especially for people of color and the poor. so take your pick. door number two makes me wonder again. whats this guy been busted for?
The Soros Justice Fellowship is sponsored by George Soros, an ultra liberal billionaire (sounds like an oxymoron doesn't it)
yep. so the answers i found are far right theocracy, or far left soros organization. for some reason, i found two the extremes somewhat amusing. especially since most of the board is "liberal" according to the other googlebot.
You still have much to learn about internet forums, Grasshopper. Even on a legal forum you will die a thousand deaths from the cutting edge wit of juris doctors, who are quite well known for their verbosity. I suggest that your watch many episodes of Perry Mason, LA Law, The Practice and Boston Legal in order to familiarize yourself with the jurs doctor language. Pay special attention to everything Denny Crane says. All the juris doctors will have enormous respect for you if you occasionally blame a mistatement on having Mad Cow disease
ok. i'll play along. (this could be hysterical or something i really regret.) do tell. what is behind door number 3?opcorn:
What about "judge"? Juris doctor covers both lawyers and judges. In fact, it includes all who belong to the Brotherhood (A faction within a faction that has been instrumental in the destruction of liberty and justice). tgsam
The complete paragraph is your friend, tinsley. We yearn to see you string two sentences together and try to explain some of your, er . . . eccentric . . . philosophy. We nattering nabobs of negativism must have more than droll one-liners to drive any type of discussion. Because discussion is what we are here for. What are you here for?
