Stepping out on a limb again? :thumb: TB3 is right on this one. And, that I can attest to because it comes from his high school, coaching staff to be exact.

I do wonder if you'll add a few caveats after the fact...you know, 'bout like the OSU RB and saying his one run didn't count in the terms of the number of yards he gained. ;)

True. But, one has to also weigh JJ having a problem with turf toe during those practice weeks. He's one hell of a WR, no doubt.

I thought you would know where that story started, who started it, and would refrain from mentioning it in regard to JJ. But...

Same guy pushing the Harris story right now if that helps you out a bit...and, same black helicopter is circling on his desktop.

I think he goes to Alabama, but yeah, OU is def a player.

I think it's funny how the given poster considers LSU a player for Pryor, but not OU for Julio.

    Selective reasoning. :D

LSU is not anywhere close to OSU or Michigan at this point, as is evident by my prediction of only 15 percent.

But Bama is ahead of OU at this point, and would get an LOI from him if recruiting ended this Wednesday.

We'll see what happens after he visits OU. Can OU pull the upset?

This is a little off topic so just ignore me and continue on but I don't understand the mystique of Oklahoma. They were in two NCG's they shouldn't have been in, then last year got embarassed in front of the whole nation vs. Boise St., then this year against W. Virginia same thing, yet recruits flock there. Stoop is not a good coach. Let me repeat that. STOOP IS NOT A GOOD COACH! I don't get it.

    I feel better now.

they are similar to Tennessee imo as they are on the downslope of a brief period of dominance.

It's funny how few of Oklahoma's recruits are from Oklahoma, they're pretty much all Texas. They do a solid job though, getting guys like Adrian Peterson, Malcolm Kelly etc.

Btw don't get me wrong, Lawrence did a good job on Julio Jones but Jones is definitely a big time playmaker. If he ends up at Bama, him and Patrick Johnson going head to head for the next few years will be fun to watch. I have faith in our guy getting the upper hand more times than not.

Cool. I believe you and have heard that too. I have worked for a couple of them down there, just wondering which one.

Stoops is/was without question a product of the staff he had around him in 99-01. A student of Darth Visor, and then look at the staff. Leech (HC Tex Tech) Mangino (HC KU) Long (HC SDSU) even though they suck. Little Stoops (HC Az). You have to admit that is/was a pretty talent laden group of coaches.
