We have an opening for a WR coach and passing game coordinator.

Yes, and O evidently decided that he could do better than Munoz. It's interesting that Baylor also has such an opening but Aranda did not offer it to Munoz.

Well duhhhhh! There's a difference between losing someone because you didn't think it was in your interest to give someone a promotion and losing him because you didn't respond in a competent manner. People are criticizing the admin for letting him go, when, in fact, they probably felt it wasn't worth it to do what they would have needed to do to keep him.

Ed Orgeron on the passing game coordinator search from Jordy and T-Bob's show:

"I'm taking my time with it, to be honest with you. It'll be the right fit. Obviously, we have a list of names. We have some great candidates out there. We're going to start interviewing guys out there maybe as early as next week. Vet the guys that's the best fit for us. We have some great candidates there."

"Jorge Munoz was a big key for us. We lost him. He went to Baylor," Orgeron said. "Dave got him a good hire there, but he would still be a candidate to come back. I'm going to look at all the guys we have and we'll go get the best for LSU."

    Munoz and Mangus was serviceable!
    It’s an Ensminger decision now!

Waiting another week or two gotta be fun!
Lombardi ain’t coming, that’s a given. Brees will be back because he ain’t gonna quit until Brady retires or gets decapitated.
