I agree in not rushing, but if we are losing out on some recruiting manpower for the time being and potentially time spent teaching the coaches our new schemes for the upcoming year. I trust O, I just am hoping he gets things done sooner rather than later.

I could have done that for less money.

Dunno, can't really blame Aranda. We haven't locked em down and I hope, for better returns. Really won't know until next season until we see what we can do without them and how Baylor responds with them.

First Brady, now Munoz. I don’t see a lot of positives in those departures. Aranda I get b/c he took a HC position. But losing position coaches? Who were felt to be pivotal in our amazing offense this past season? Seems that could have been prevented. Someone said in Woodward we trust, I’m not so sure. He’s the new kid on the block, and seems to be staying economical with our 106 mil budget (more?). Our program is a target right now, and that’s a sign of success and ultimately a good thing, but it doesn’t mean we sit back and let our coaching talent be poached. I trust Oeaux to find replacements, but it would take less energy to keep what we had. It may be other intangibles, too, for someone like Brady, such as not having to recruit, but damn let’s at least go after them with gusto and let them know we want them to stay Tigers! I don’t think we gave Brady our best shot, and now have my suspicions about Munoz. Let him geaux to Baylor as WR coach? We couldn’t match or exceed that?

There is no way we keep Brady if the right NFL team comes calling. That’s where he wants to be.
Unless we are promoting the OC from within I don’t believe we have a position for an offensive position coach and couldn’t keep him since that’s what Baylor offered.
