I dont think Tech is a gimme either. They dominated Boise in the third quarter. LSU should win but it wont be as easy as everyone thinks.

I have no problem with resting our injured and letting Lee play. Heck, I am comfortable with our 2-3rd team going vs Tech. They need they experience and will go balls out. We need the rest.

The way I look at it is that JJ should rest and be allowed to heal better. The two games after LA Tech are going to be a dog fight and the team definitely needs JJ.

It is also important for JL to get as much quality reps as a backup QB, and this is his chance to sharpen up. I think it was a mistake putting all the eggs in one basket with JJ, while JL not having had much chance to improve in game situation this year.

This game could be a dog fight as well and the reason why I worry about Lee starting. I think we would win easily with JJ behind center.

That would be a weak hit to get a concussion from. Didn't he get hit in the chest with the helmet and I don't remember him banging his head on the turf very hard if at all?

Im trying to find more info on the concussion...cant seem to. But apparently JJ wanted to go back in the game after the ankle injury and the main reason he was held out he had suffered a minor concussion. I cant remember if they said it was from that hit or not, guess i just assumed it was. anyway, it was being discussed on one of the radio shows today.
